Licensing agreement
Notioly grants you an ongoing, non-exclusive, right to make use of the Illustrations you have purchased or downloaded.
You are licensed to use the Illustrations to create unlimited End Products for yourself or your clients.
By purchasing or downloading any Illustration from this website, you consent to the terms and conditions of this license on behalf of yourself and the company on whose behalf you will use the Illustrations provided under this license.
The product terms and license grant you the following rights:
You can
Use the Illustrations to create unlimited End Products for your personal and commercial projects.
Use the Illustrations to create unlimited End Products for your client projects.
You can combine the Illustrations with other works and make a derivative work from it. The resulting works are subject to the terms of this license
You cannot
Use Illustrations in any application allowing an End User to customize or download the Illustrations.
Host, resell, or re-distribute the Illustrations or derivatives of the Illustrations.
Share the Illustrations you purchased with any other individuals.
Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Gumroad.com. Gumroad is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Gumroad provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our product (digital goods), we're currently unable to offer a refund.
